Arrest reports show 24-year-old Joseph Hall Jr. was  arrested around 1:10 a.m. Friday morning near South Braden Avenue and East 49th Street. 

Police were called out to the Braden Creek Apartments.  The report says when they arrived, a female victim said the suspect assaulted her and she was held against her will.
