Grieving relatives of Melbourne woman Josie Hankin were devastated when they spotted the errors.
Monique Bellew, Ms Hankin's great niece, said: "I couldn't believe it. My sister Carol burst into tears. She was devastated because these were the family flowers."

But the shop's owner refused to apologise for the errors. ]]></description>
