A BOY of 15 has today become one of the youngest people in Victoria to be sentenced for murder and will spend between eight and 13 years at a youth detention centre and jail.
The teenager, known as JLE, was 15 and a half at the time he stabbed to death Indian student Nitin Garg in a bungled attempt to rob him of a mobile phone, and is now 17 years old.
