An Italian fugitive who had managed to elude cops for more than four years was finally nabbed after posting a photo to Facebook showing himself posing alongside a wax figure of President Obama, Italian media reported.
Michele Grasso, 27, had been on the run from his home in Sicily since he was convicted for dealing drugs in 2008.
