Joel K. Bruss's blood-alcohol level of 0.32 percent put him four times over Minnesota's legal driving limit when pee-wee hockey players and their parents were treated to watching the 34-year-old swivel and swerve across the ice, the Star Tribune reports.
Those witnesses called cops on Jan. 30 to report that Bruss was literally bouncing off the walls.
