The Charleston County Sheriff's Office deputy who was arrested for DUI early Sunday morning had urinated on himself, a report states.
The Charleston Police Department incident report released Monday states that 37-year-old Nicholas Wagner told police he "had a bad night" after they arrived at the scene of the single-vehicle wreck.
When police asked Wagner how the wreck happened, the report states he told them he just lost control.
