Police in Pennsylvania said they arrested a man who handed a store clerk, who recognized him from school, a card stolen from the clerk's mother.
Manor police said Joshua Devonshire, 19, handed a stolen credit card to a clerk at the Turkey Hill gas station around 1 a.m. Tuesday and the clerk, who recognized Devonshire from school, recognized the card as belonging to her mother, the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal reported Friday.
