Police say a Georgia couple is accused of locking a 3-year-old boy inside a bedroom by nailing the door shut.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the boy didn't have any food and was surrounded by filth at the Cobb County home in northern Georgia. Officers found the boy after a pregnant woman went to the hospital, saying her boyfriend had hit her.
