A woman told police she had disrobed to bathe in a public toilet in Fort Pierce, Fla., when a man stuck his head in from under the stall. The 56-year-old woman told police the May 22 incident happened while she was in the lavatory at Maravilla Park, and that "she would have kicked the voyeur's head if he had been closer," a report states.
