A GOOSE has been euthanised after being impaled with a crossbow arrow.
The RSPCA said the bird was found at a McLaren Vale winery, south of Adelaide, yesterday with a 90cm arrow protruding from each side of its chest cavity.
It was taken to a nearby veterinary hospital but was euthanased because of severe internal injuries.
