A video of a prank played on a quiet Belgian town has notched up an incredible 10 million hits on YouTube in just two days.
Entitled 'A Dramatic Surprise On A Quiet Square', the short film was released to promote the launch of a new TV channel.
Viewers are introduced to a red button in a Flemish square with a dangling sign indicating that it should be pushed to "add drama".
Naturally, the bait cannot be resisted. And once it is pressed, a series of incredible events begins, reports The Mirror.
It starts with a man carried out of building on a stretcher by ambulance workers who promptly drop him to the floor.
Having lifted the fallen man into the vehicle, the ambulance drives off - but the stretcher falls out of the back of the moving van.
From out of nowhere, a cyclist swerves to avoid the scene before colliding with the opened door of the ambulance as a paramedic gets out.
The cyclist picks himself up, flies at the paramedic and pushes him in the back, sparking a energetic brawl.
A scantily clad woman then speeds by on a motorbike, before a van with blacked-out windows skids into view, followed by a police van and a gun battle breaks out.
The whole scene, watched by open-mouthed locals, ends with four American footballers hurrying out of a building to tidy up.
