A LAW enforcement official says a 25-year-old man got into an argument with Lindsay Lohan in her New York City hotel room over photos on a cellphone and she was physically grabbed or thrown.
The official was not authorised to speak publicly about the encounter overnight and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.
Authorities confirm that Christian LaBella of Valley Village, California, was taken into custody around 6am. He faces a misdemeanor assault charge.
