IN a spectacular turnaround, Gasp clothing has swallowed its pride and apologised on television for its poor customer service.
The Gasp brand, known for its controversial catfight with a disgruntled customer who was booted from one of its stores in September, decided it was time to make a formal apology to the victim.
“I apologise that the experience in the store wasn’t 100% positive,” said Gasp spokesman Matthew Chidgey on Today Tonight last night.
Keara O'Neil got the ultimate customer revenge when an email she sent venting about her poor treatment by "retail superstar" and Gasp clothing assistant, Chris, became an international viral email sensation.
