Danish singer Anna David has been crowned the Honorary Santa at the World Santa Claus Congress.
The 26-year-old was awarded the title in recognition of her tireless work as an ambassador for "Børnecancerforeningen" (Child Cancer Foundation) in Denmark.
Although the singer, song-writer and actress isn't the first woman to accept the position of Honorary Santa, she is certainly thought to be the youngest.
Jens Peder Tornvig explained: "We usually choose someone, who is engaged in charity activities - not least aimed at children with cancer. As a person Anna David is a humble and engaged person."
The World Santa Claus Congress, which has just celebrated its 54th consecutive event, takes place at Dyrehavsbakken - the world's oldest amusement park, on the northern outskirts of Copenhagen.
This year's event saw 120 delegates from the United States, Canada, Japan, Russia, Scotland, Germany, UK, Spain, Norway, Sweden and of course Denmark.
