THE 21-year-old son of the late Hollywood legend Dennis Hopper has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl, TMZ reports.
TMZ claims Henry Hopper, who starred in Gus Van Zant's Restless in 2011, is being sued by the mother of an unidentified 16-year-old girl who he "engaged in sexually offensive conduct" with.
Legal documents accuse Hopper of plying the girl with drugs and alcohol at his home in Venice California before having sex with her, including forced oral copulation and sodomy.
TMZ says the girl met Hopper through a mutual friend in February 2011 and chatted with each other on Facebook.
The girl's mum is suing for unspecified damages. TMZ's attempts to reach Hopper were unsuccessful.
