NEW pictures have emerged of Rihanna love rivals Chris Brown and Drake just before their bloody clash at a nightclub in New York.
They show the singers just metres from each other in the VIP section at W.i.P club, with Brown topless, covered in tattoos and holding a bottle.
Several clubbers were injured in the brawl, including one Australian woman, Hollie C, whose head was split open by a flying bottle. Brown himself suffered a nasty gash on his chin.
The fight allegedly started after Drake sent Brown a note saying: “I am f***ing the love of your life."
Drake briefly dated Rihanna after she dumped Brown after he assaulted her before the Grammys in 2009.
Drake claims one of Brown's entourage taunted a member of his party but Brown's lawyer said: "I have turned over evidence that it was Drake who instigated this. The evidence makes it clear that Chris is the victim.
"I believe the police are building a case against Drake and his thugs. Clearly, Drake was the instigator and there is evidence he threw glassware."
